Our clinic offers comprehensive Executive Health Exams designed for individuals seeking an in-depth evaluation of their overall health. What This Means for You
Executive Health Exams provide peace of mind through a thorough, one-on-one assessment with your provider. You’ll receive a clear understanding of your current health, practical guidance to reduce risks, and a personalized plan to help you stay at your best.  Keep in mind, this is a full day activity. 

Insurance Coverage
Executive Health Exams are typically not covered in full by insurance. While certain components (such as routine labs or diagnostic tests) may be billable to your insurance, the comprehensive nature of the exam is generally an out-of-pocket service. 

What the Day will Look Like

MORNING

The morning of the appointment, you will be scheduled for a two part EP Prep Appointment.

The first will be an in-office nurse visit to obtain labs and other in-office services. 

The second will be at an imaging center to complete the rest of the services.

AFTERNOON

In the afternoon, this session will also be split into a two part appointment. 

The first will be a comprehensive physical exam.

The second will be a detailed face-to-face session that will go over the personalized wellness plan created for you. This is where we will review findings and create goals and a plan.

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling our Carrollton office directly during business hours. Executive Physicals are only booked by calling our office to ensure time in schedule and accept pre-payment.
