Aera Clinic underwent construction since 11/2025 - 3/2026, and we were excited to share that journey with you.

This space is being thoughtfully designed to feel calm, welcoming, and restorative from the moment you walk through the doors. Every detail — from the layout to the lighting to the materials — is being chosen with your comfort, privacy, and wellness in mind.

We created this page so our patients, families, and community can follow along as the clinic came to life. Here you’ll find regular updates, behind-the-scenes photos, and milestones as we moved closer to the opening our doors.

Building Aera Clinic — Follow Our Journey

This month: 
Everything is coming together!  The paints were applied, electronics were installed, chairs reupholstered, Interior Logo decorations arrived, and the arch in the waiting room was finally completed.  The Interior decorations can now begin.  Unfortunately, the final inspections were delayed and this delayed our clinic start date.  

March 2026

This month: 
- In addition to the construction below, we hired 2 amazing individuals who I believe will embody the ideal culture of Aera Clinic.  We are excited to start this new chapter as a team and can't wait to get started.  
- The cabinets were installed and the ceiling inspections were passed.  The ceilings were then closed with dry wall.  We finally got a sense of how the clinic would feel on a day to day basis. 
- Electricity will be turned on this month after the electric meter is installed!  God bless the powers of the current.  
- The inside doors arrived and floors will hopefully go in mid month.  It's finally coming together. 
- We are working with a signage company on the interior logos and names.
- We bought most of our furniture and equipment and hopefully can start putting it all together soon!


February 2026

This month: 
- the dry walls went up after wall inspections passed. 
- The snow storm delayed everything by 1 week.  Luckily, we didn't have any water pipe bursts!  
- The cabinets came in this month and we are super excited. 

January 2026

This month, the basics of interior construction were ongoing.  However, our exterior building signage went up!
